Renovation of the wooden veranda at the historic Schönberg House in Mödling | First Charity Concert

From 1918 to 1925, Arnold Schönberg lived at Bernhardgasse 6 in Mödling. The wooden veranda of the house bears witness to numerous visits by friends, students, and fellow composers from around the world — a vibrant place of artistic exchange and inspiring encounters.

More than 120 years after its construction, this historic veranda is now in urgent need of comprehensive restoration. Preserving this special cultural heritage is a matter very close to our hearts.
Students of the Beethoven Music School Mödling are supporting us with a charity concert on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Schönberg House Mödling (details and registration).

Donations for the restoration of the wooden veranda can be made during the charity concert, or you may also support the project with a direct donation:
